From Paarl to Cape Town:

Continue on the N1 towards Cape Town, as you approach the city; follow the signs to Waterfront/Sea point. The N1 comes to an end at a set of traffic lights. Continue through these lights and turn right at the following set of traffic lights. Continue for approximately 4km, through Green Point, and then into Sea Point. After approximately 4km, turn left into Oliver road and then right into Graham road.

Aero plane:

From Cape Town International Airport:

Take the N2 towards Cape Town, as you approach the city; follow the signs to Waterfront/Sea point. The road comes to an end at a set of traffic lights.
